A former Conservative Member of Parliament and graduate of the Harvard Business School, John Browne is an economist, investment adviser, nationally recognized columnist and worldwide lecturer on various political, economic, financial and defense issues.
He is a weekly op-ed columnist for the Pittsburgh Tribune Review and appears frequently on local and national television. He is the Senior Market Strategist for Euro Pacific Capital, Inc., where his weekly column appears on the Company’s web page and lectures at various money and financial conferences. As a former Member of Parliament for some fourteen years, John also offers insight into international politics, economics and defense. He served on the Treasury Select Committee; as elected Secretary of the Conservative Defense and Finance Committees; and as elected Chairman of the Conservative Small Business Committee. His Parliamentary work involved him with national leaders such as President Reagan and Party Secretary Gorbachev. He briefed Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher that Gorbachev would likely become leader of the Soviet Union.
John Browne graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (the UK equivalent of West Point), where he was a private student of the late Sir Basil Liddell-Hart, who was perhaps the single most important designer of what his German students later christened Blitzkrieg. John was commissioned into the Grenadier Guards (Royal Guard), serving as a pilot, parachutist and communications specialist. He served in British Guiana, Cyprus and in Germany. In London, he participated on major State occasions, including having responsibility for the pallbearers at the State Funeral of the late Sir Winston Churchill. He retired as a Major and continues to be involved in defense studies.
John went on to receive his MSc from Cranfield Institute of Technology and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Co, on Wall Street and with various investment houses in the City of London, operating in the UK Government and Eurobond markets.
John Browne has written numerous published articles on politics, economics, finance and defense. He has served on the boards of several companies, both in England and the United States and as a governor of Southampton University. He continues to serve as a governor of Malvern College, as an officer of the Order of Saint John and as a liveryman of the Goldsmiths Company.

Anthony Pulieri is a Managing Partner of Joseph Glenn Commodities and acts as its Chief Investment Advisor. The firm specializes in the precious metals sector with a major focus on gold. Alfred “Al” Zucaro Jr. is one of South Florida’s most captivating voices on international trade and commerce, especially in relation to immigration law and migration strategy. Founder of the World Trade Center Palm Beach in 1999, Zucaro was named one of the 101 most influential people in International Trade and Commerce by South Florida CEO magazine magazine for two years in a row.
Since 1986, Zucaro has practiced immigration and nationality law. Zucaro’s leadership skills and expertise extend well beyond the courtroom. From March 1995 through November 2002, he was elected to the West Palm Beach City Commission. A tireless advocate of global commerce, he has organized trade delegations to a number of different countries including Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Mexico. He has met with Scripps Research Institute officials and World Trade Center San Diego leaders to help establish a strategic relationship in the bio-tech industry. He also met with officials from the City and Port of San Diego for discussions on public/private opportunities with the WTC San Diego and Scripps. Armand Grossman has a long standing, highly distinguished affiliation with Florida Atlantic University. Grossman’s deep affinity for FAU began the same year the university opened, as he was a member of the inaugural class. As an undergrad, he was a founder of the Student Government Association, wrote the SGA Charter and served in the first student senate. He was also a founder of the student newspaper, The Atlantic Sun and served as its first sports editor .Grossman received his bachelor’s degree in political science from FAU, along with a master’s degree in education and an MBA in 1977. Florida Senator Mike Haridopolos
Mike was first elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 2000, then to the Florida Senate in March of 2003. He was re-elected to the Senate in 2006 and will seek re-election to his final term in the Senate in 2010.
In December of 2009, Mike was honored with the unanimous support of his colleagues when he was designated to succeed Jeff Atwater as President of the Florida Senate. Mike will take office as Florida’s 96th Senate President following the November 2010 general election.
Mike has stood up for Floridians against more government, higher taxes, and unrestrained spending in Tallahassee. Mike is a co-founder of the Freedom Caucus that led the fight against tax increases and signs Americans for Tax Reform’s Taxpayer Protection Pledge to “oppose and vote against any and all efforts to increase taxes” every year before the Legislature goes into session.

Mike graduated from Stetson University in 1992 with a B.A. in History, and in 1993 earned a Masters in History at the University of Arkansas. Later that year, at the age of twenty-three, Mike became a history instructor at Brevard Community College, and within three years he was named the Department Chair of Social Behavioral Sciences. In 1997, Mike was promoted to the Chair of the Liberal Arts Department at BCC. Mike is currently a full-time lecturer at the Bob Graham Center for Public Service at the University of Florida.
Mike represents District 26 in the Florida Senate, which includes parts of Brevard, Indian River, Osceola, and St. Lucie Counties. He is married to Stephanie Haridopolos, M.D., and they have three children: Alexis, Hayden, and Reagan.
